T 1427/10 – No Video


Today’s post, which concerns an examination appeal, might qualify as the shortest post on this blog. It is more of a reminder, really.

[2] The [applicant’s] request that oral proceedings be held by videoconference is rejected since the boards of appeal do not at present have the facilities and procedures for holding public oral proceedings by videoconference (following T 37/08, T 1266/07 and T 663/10).
