A cake-baking...I don't understand that comment. A cake-baking oven with its fan removed provides the "same" technical effect as the oven did before its fan was removed, just not quite as speedily. <br /><br />Same with humidifiers, isn't it?<br /><br />If you want to slow it down, remove its fan.
